		<description>There is a lot of manipulation in some of them. he is  removing references to people, especially in the landscapes. most folk digitally print their work now, so I wouldn't call burtynsky a manipulator, wehreas Gursky most definitely is.</description>

It's difficult to determine from the images whether he is making complex wholesale revisions to the original frame or making more discrete "corrections."
